The month of July is a great time for faith, poetry and nature, and is a time when life, all living things and youthfulness flourishes. During this season filled with hope and passion, a group of young and energetic new employees carry the bright expectations of the KTC Company, and start their careers with KTC full of hope and ambition.
The arrival of the new graduates adds new vitality to the development of KTC Company’s business. From the campus to the industry, from being students to becoming professionals, this is a transformative process. In order for the new graduates to better integrate into the company, and for them to start earlier, KTC held the 2019 “New Force” new employee meeting. The human resource department formulated carefully thought-out training plans, arranged for a professional instructor team, and organized high-quality development training which is full of interesting content.
During the new employee meeting, President Li Yubin gave a welcome speech and welcomed the new employees affectionately into the warm and harmonious family that is KTC. He also outlined and described the company’s overall situation, its development outlook, inspired and motivated the new employees, and made them feel at home. At the same time, he also urged everyone to be bold, to keep their feet planted firmly on the ground, to learn with an open mind, to keep innovating and moving forward in their new environment, and to also gradually grow within their post and with the company. This will ultimately be a win-win situation for both the individual and the company and is a worthy goal. Furthermore, the new recruits introduced themselves, elected their team committees, and had an experience reminiscent of their first day at university, making it an easier transition.
Induction training is like a window, and is an important channel for new employees to learn about the company and to integrate into it. KTC provides employees with a development platform, and encourages the professional development of its employees.
