170 college graduates of this year joined the KTC family and then took part in induction courses in groups at its two manufacturing industrial parks located in Shenzhen and Huizhou respectively after finishing onboarding procedures.
At the meeting with new recruits, the top management gave them a warm welcome and greetings, shared with them some thoughts on the induction and encouraged them to work and learn in a down-to-earth manner on KTC’s broader platform for personal fulfillment.
The new graduates attended the course on KTC's brand evolution, organization structure, rules and regulations, management systems and corporate culture and so on. In addition to that, the company offerednew employees another onboarding course on presentation of KTC’s product types and the trend of the industrial development in an effort to help them get familiar with business and prospect of the industry and clarify their career paths.
At the end of the training, all new graduates of 2021 went to Huizhou KTC Technology to have an experience on site, including the showroom and the intelligent plant. This visit gave them deep insights into KTC’s strength in technological innovation and manufacture as well as confidence in their career development in KTC. After completing the training course, the head of HR division along with its colleagues held aninduction dinner, which was also joined byother heads from different divisions, to welcome and greet the new recruits.
The new force bears resemblance to fresh blood flowing into KTC and revitalizes it. The company has high hopes for them to act bold in innovation, become the backbone of the company at its earliest and play their parts ingrowing the company and the industry as well.
